Herbal concoctions
DISCLAIMER: I am not a licensed medical practitioner, pharmacist or herbalist. At best, I am an amateur herbalist. All the information provided here is based on my personal experience, experimenting and trial-and-error. For the love of the gods, please do your own serious research on this stuff. Know what you’re allergic to, what medications you’re on (if any), your health condition and any problems related thereto, and consult your own personal physician. Seriously, don’t be ignorant and try things willy-nilly: You could end up with more problems than when you started.

Saving & minimalism
Many people are amazed when I tell them such things as, “I cook on cast iron,” or even, “I own canning equipment.” There have been folks ask me what I do to save money, which I’ve blogged about briefly (“I’m thrifty?” The items in this post can be found below.), and all I can ever come up with are just a few things during the course of those conversations. So, I’m setting up this page as an ongoing list (therefore, not in any particular order) of what I do or have done in order to make money and other things go further, including a list of favorite Web sites. Please feel free to share your own tips and tricks and favorite sites, as well. Just post them as comments!
